Staglands
Directional Map
Staglands is a popular local tourist wildlife reserve in the Akatarawa Valley, Upper Hutt. Staglands was having problems with visitors not finding their way easily, so a map upgrade was needed.
The Objective: Create directional clarity, solve problem areas where visitors get lost or confused, and make the reserve look and feel fascinating to explore.
The Solution: After visiting and exploring Staglands personally, we worked in close collaboration identifying the key problem areas of the path structure, navigation elements, and attraction areas. With the help of our illustrator, Staglands now has a clear and visually compelling map to build on as they go forward.
