2011 Exciting New Developments
These last few months Eden has been doing some investigation of its own, in order to gain greater business clarity and direction. As a result of our investigations Eden is making some key changes for the better.
In 2011 Eden is shifting into a strategic brand advisor role, with a concentration on how Brand Strategy adds value to your business and ultimately creates financial benefit.

Detergent Brand Clears Woman's Eyesight
|A woman looked out of her window one morning, as she had done so for the past 10 years. Each morning greeted her with the same unpleasant view. |
This Monday was no different. She proceeded to put on a much needed cup of tea and open her kitchen blinds. But she was shocked! Why was she not greeted with the same dirty laundry on her neighbour’s line?
‘Come and look at this dear’, she said. ‘After all these years, are they actually using a new brand of detergent?’
‘No,’ said her husband. ‘I got up early and cleaned our windows!’
This is not a dig at husbands! But this does relate to business. Customers are individuals. Like the woman in the story, they often have their own set of needs and views.
How do we know that they see our service or product in the same way we do? The more we understand how they think, the more we can tailor our business approach, and convince the customer to buy.
