1. Information-Gathering Phase

Description:
During the information-gathering phase we gather all background and other relevant information that defines the problem and supports the need for a solution. This information includes service or product knowledge, competitive information, target audience, and market research. The background information is analysed and dissected to provide a concrete starting point for design concept.

Conclusion: To conclude this phase, Eden Design will submit an outline of issues surrounding this project as well as a summary of communication objectives for approval. This list of objectives will serve as a guide that will evaluate all proposed solutions. It is imperative that all persons with decision-making authority review the list of objectives and approve it prior to beginning the next phase.


2. Concept Phase


Description: We now have a sound launching pad for all creative vision. This phase is all about the “idea”. We give our imagination the creative liberty to brainstorm many different ideas, then evaluate and refine the best ideas.

Conclusion: We will present to you concepts uniquely suited to what you want to communicate and who you want to communicate to. Discussions will be made on each of the ideas and one design concept will be approved for implementation.


3. Development Phase


Description: With your approval of the design concept, we excitedly enter the development phase. Here we focus on the physical design features of the logo. This phase includes exploring and settling on an appropriate design style, sourcing imagery, and application of design style to any other communications included in the same project.

Conclusion: We will provide you with comprehensive developments for approval. It is essential in this phase to resolve all issues with any design or content elements and approve the developments.


4. Production

Description: The production phase demands attention to every detail within the logo design. This includes proofing, logo construction & design style consistencies, and concise style guidelines created for your company to refer to whenever the logo is used.

Conclusion: Before everything goes to print or final output, you will sign off approval on all work.


5. Print - The Output Phase

Description: Eden Design print manages the printing process for any stationary, brochures, and other material being printed. This includes approving printers proofs, solving any unwanted printing issues, and checking print quality.

Conclusion: We will confirm when you can expect the final printed project to be delivered to your business.


6. Delivery & Debrief Phase

Description: On the completion of the project, high resolution logo files and style guidelines will be available for permanent download on your client login.

Conclusion: We are then ready to celebrate the success of the project. We can also discuss the critical paths used and look forward to further strengthening your brand.
